These policies are in place to protect the integrity of the event and provide a positive environment for all.

1. No Bullying or Harassment
We have zero tolerance for bullying, harassment, or any behavior that creates a hostile environment for contestants, families, volunteers, or staff. This includes in-person interactions and behavior on social media or online platforms. Anyone found engaging in such behavior may be disqualified and asked to leave the event venue without refund.

2. No Refunds
All entry fees and related payments are non-refundable for any reason, including withdrawal, disqualification, personal conflict, or dissatisfaction. Please be certain of your commitment before registering.

3. Sportsmanship and Respect

All decisions made by the judging panel are final and not subject to appeal. We ask that all participants and supporters show respect for the process and the individuals selected to evaluate our contestants.
